PhotoJournalism
This is one of our most popular programme! This course is designed to prepare students and future photo journalists with a practical, hands on experience of what it takes to be a photo journalist. Students will learn industry techniques, basic photo journalism workflow and practice.
Students will gain a basic understanding of what photojournalism is really about, the beginning, significance and necessity of it. This course will expose students to Digital Photography Skills and how to photograph images that are of news value.
Photo-editing skills, digital dark room and basic elements of design will also be incorporated in the course. At the end of the session, students will be able to compile their very own photojournal on a chosen theme.
Schools can choose to go on Photo Learning Journeys to places like Singapore Flyer, Marina Barrage, a farm or do a customised workshop for students within the school. Check out our students’ photo journey to Nagore Dargah Shrine an Singapore Youth Olympics.

Course Outline
To provide students with a practical hands on experience of photo ournalism. By the end of the course, students will have understanding on photo journalism and be equipped with technical skills in Digital Photography. Students can also choose to learn about Scrap Booking and how to do up a their very own Photo Journal Scrap Book!
